By accessing and using SIMOO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.
SIMOO is a SaaS QR code ordering platform for restaurants. The Service allows restaurants to:
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
Security: You are responsible for the security of your password and any activity on your account.
Email Verification: You must verify your email address to activate your account.
Business Use: The Service is intended for businesses (restaurants, cafes, bars). Personal use is not authorized.
3-Month Free Trial: All new accounts receive a 90-day free trial with full access to all SIMOO Pro features. No credit card required to start.
Pro Plan: 499 DH HT/month (598.80 DH TTC with 20% VAT) after the trial period. Unlimited orders, all advanced features.
Billing: The Pro Plan is billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Price Increases: We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.
No Commission: SIMOO does not take any commission on your sales. You keep 100% of customer payments.
You agree NOT to:
Ownership: You retain all rights to your content (menus, images, descriptions).
License: By uploading content, you grant SIMOO a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your content as part of the Service.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Ensure you have the necessary rights to images and texts.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is inappropriate.
"As-is" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Availability: While we aim for 99.95% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability: SIMOO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
Data Loss: We recommend regular backups of your important data.
By You: You can close your account at any time from settings.
By Us: We may suspend or close your account for violation of these terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon subscription end, you will lose access to the Service. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Data Export: You can export your data before closing your account.
SIMOO, its logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of SIMOO. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
We may modify these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
